Building Talise’s legacy in Texas!

A 13,000 acre master planned community with room to roam.

Just north of Laredo lies Talise. A uniquely crafted master planned community that celebrates the South Texas way of life. Steeped in ranching heritage, designed for growth, and imagined as a self-sustaining town, Talise offers a wide range of housing types, local retail, and commercial opportunity. All with the promise of turning big dreams into reality and the little moments into lasting memories.

Spanning 13,000 acres of rolling mesquite filled landscape, Talise will be the first of its kind in the state of Texas. A single expansive community made up of five distinctive neighborhoods all connected by a shared spirit and a set of common values. Here, hard work is to be rewarded. Traditions are to be honored. And legacies are as much about how you treat your neighbor as what you leave behind.

Named after the natural springs and rainwater that give life to the landscape, Talise represents a place where anything is possible and every moment is worth cherishing. From sunrise to dusk and front porch to town square all trails lead to a real community for real folks looking for a place they can be proud to call home.

It all starts with our first two neighborhoods, this Summer.

The Township at Talise will be our beating heart and feature a more populated core where a mix of higher density residential, commercial, and public spaces will form the center of the entire community. Giving residents of every neighborhood a place to live, work, play, shop, and pray alongside one another.

The Springs at Talise, which begins selling its first phase of custom home lots shortly, is graced with water, designed around horse friendly trails, and surrounded by natural beauty. These custom built homes will welcome the first residents to the neighborhood while setting the stage for Talise’s future phases.
